Mannheim/Zurich, September 09, 2019 – AMAG Group AG, Switzerland’s leading company for automotive import and distribution, and smartShift Technologies GmbH, the leader in bringing agility and predictability to enterprise technology, are expanding their successful partnership in SAP transformation projects since 2016. Both companies agree to embark on a strategic partnership for the next 4 years on AMAG’s transition to S/4HANA.
The AMAG Group plans to consolidate and convert its SAP landscape to S/4HANA over the next several years. smartShift will support AMAG in this complex multi-year transformation using its intelligent automation solutions. The aim of the strategic partnership is to accelerate the transformation program, reduce risks and focus AMAG employees on innovation in the context of the S/4HANA conversion. smartShift offers AMAG Group far-reaching flexibility and agility in planning and execution, especially in accommodating changes to scopes and timelines, through an innovative subscription model to its suite of intelligent automation solutions.
