In particular, they are a partner to the European food trade for exclusive brands (private labels).

Challenges

• Transforming the existing ECC System to S/4HANA with minimal business disruption.
• Executing, as DE-VAU-GE called it “lean conversion” approach to S/4HANA, with focus on speed, minimal risk and minimal business disruption, followed by a planned “optimization phase” after the project.
