smartShift was founded by Stefan Hetges and a team of engineers to develop automation technology that modernizes strategic business processes. After spending years working to help Fortune 100 companies modernize their legacy environments, the founding team knew these projects consist of 80-90% repeatable activities primed for automation. It was this insight that planted the seed for smartShift Intelligent Automation®.
