Opt Out of Marketing Communications

We will process your request promptly. Please note that opting out of marketing will not affect transactional or service-related communications.

Exercise Your Data Subject Rights

Right to Know / Right of Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including the categories of data collected, sources, purposes for processing, and third parties with whom we share it

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — If you are a US resident in a state that provides this right (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others), you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — California residents may direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to specified permitted purposes

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally within 30 days under EU/UK GDPR, and within 45 days under most US state privacy laws (with the possibility of a 45-day extension where permitted).

Authorized Agents (US Residents)

If you are a US resident, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly before fulfilling the request.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

smartShift does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. However, certain uses of advertising and analytics cookies may qualify as "sharing" or "sale" under some US state privacy laws.
